Refund policy
Every product is made to order specifically for you — that's what "The Shirt Is Evidence" means. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size, style, or change of mind.
What we WILL fix:
- Print defects (misprints, cracking, misalignment)
- Wrong item shipped
- Damaged in transit
- Manufacturing defects in materials
How to report an issue:
Email support@neverdoingnothing.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A quick description of what's wrong
We'll review and get back to you within 24–48 hours with a replacement or refund — no runaround.
What doesn't qualify:
Ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or the fit's not what you expected — since every piece is produced specifically for your order, we can't offer refunds on these. Check the size chart before you buy.
