Shipping policy

Processing Time
Every Never Doing Nothing piece is made to order — we don't sit on inventory; we build when you commit. Production takes 2–4 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Time
Once production is complete, transit time is typically 5–15 business days depending on your location. Most U.S. orders ship from our Los Angeles facility for faster delivery. International orders may route through our overseas facility, which can add time — especially to Australia and parts of Europe.

Order Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. No tracking, no movement — that's on us to fix, not you to chase.

Customs & Duties
For U.S. orders, no additional charges. For international orders, customs duties are covered in most cases, but in rare situations, recipients in certain regions may be responsible for local fees due to regional policy — this is outside our control.

Delays
Weather, carrier disruptions, and customs holds happen. If your order is running late, reach out to support@neverdoingnothing.com and we'll track it down.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll make it right — see our Return & Refund Policy for how.
